2019 — Founded
Givenbiz started as a two-person design studio on Victoria Island, offering architectural sketches and home plans.
2020 — First major estate
Delivered masterplan and roads for a 60-plot estate in Ogun State.
2022 — 3D services launched
Introduced photoreal renders and animated walkthroughs for marketing and approvals.
2024 — Expanded team & partnerships
Grew to a multi-disciplinary team and partnered with local contractors for construction coordination.
